Two recent New York University graduates will visit Lyndon this spring to talk about their experiences as advocates for global awareness of genocide.

Jacqueline Murekatate and Khalid Elachi are Fellows with Miracle Corners of the World (MCW), an international organization that fosters "Global Change through Local Exchange" by building and supporting youth centers, health care programs and organizing leadership retreats in Vermont and New York City during the summer.

Ms. Murekatete has taken her experiences as a 10-year-old during the Rwandan genocide and connected with many organizations to foster awareness and prevention of genocide in all cultures.

Mr. Elachi heads the International Youth Retreat and internship program for MCW. He serves the dental program in Africa, and has recently returned from two months in Rwanda.

Please join us to hear these extraordinary individuals speak about their experiences.
