Clambake and Taste of the Kingdom

The Annual T.N. Vail Clambake & Silent Auction will be held this year on August 23 on the softball field under a big tent! The LSC Foundation Silent Auction and social hour begin at 4 p.m., and the Clambake Dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. The tickets are $55 each, or purchase a table of 8 for $400! This year, the event is being sponsored by Community National Bank, J.A. McDonald, Inc., and the LSC Foundation. The proceeds benefit Vermont students attending Lyndon State College. The Annual Taste of the Kingdom will be held at the Inn at Mountain View Farm on Sunday, October 18, from 4 to 7 p.m. This event is put on by the LSC Foundation, and all proceeds benefit scholarships for Northeast Kingdom students attending Lyndon State College. The Taste of the Kingdom offers sample signature dishes from some of the North Country’s finest restaurants and caterers! Bring your friends and family Saturday, July 4, from 4 p.m. until dusk to inaugurate the new amphitheater just built on the campus of Lyndon State College. On the stage will be Steve Bertrand of “Avion” in an acoustic performance, and “Enter the Haggis,” and a Toronto Celtic rock band with a unique sound.
